As a registered Financial Services Provider, we offer affordable legal assistance and funeral cover, empowering individuals and families to stand up for their rights without fear of legal costs.

We’re proudly independent and specialist — legal expenses insurance is not an add-on; it’s our core business. Our members have access to 24/7 paralegal advice, legal representation through a vetted network of lawyers, and a nationwide service footprint that includes branches, digital platforms, and remote support.

Our journey is one of purposeful growth. In 1996, we began with a vision to protect people from being taken advantage of simply because they couldn’t afford a lawyer. In 2008, we introduced our funeral plan to ensure our members could give their loved ones a dignified farewell without financial strain. Today, with over 490,000 legal consultations completed and nearly R40 million in claims paid (2022 figures), we’re proud to have made justice more accessible. We’ve introduced specialist departments in key legal areas like tax, property, finance, and uncontested divorces, proving that we’re not just growing bigger but getting better.
